Off-Track Garage Door Repair
A door that has jumped its track is hanging on whatever is left. Stop using it and call. Forcing it is what turns a repair into a replacement.
What we do
First the door is made safe. A door off its track is held up by less than it should be, and the first job is to secure it so it cannot drop while anyone is working near it.
Then Avi finds out why it came off, because putting it back without answering that just means it happens again. The usual causes are a broken cable, a roller that has seized or come apart, a track that has been knocked out of line, or a door that was hit by a vehicle.
Damaged track is straightened or replaced, rollers and cables that caused it are changed, the door goes back into the track, and it is rebalanced and run several times to make sure it is tracking straight.

Frequently asked questions
Please do not. The door is heavy, the weight is not where it should be, and levering it usually bends the track so it has to be replaced instead of straightened.
Not necessarily. Panels can often be replaced individually if the rest of the door and the track are sound. Avi will tell you whether the panel route is realistic for your door.
Phones are answered around the clock. A door stuck open is a security problem, so call and Avi will tell you what he can do.
It can be if the opener has been run against a jammed door. Avi will check it while he is there.
